The modern kitchen has Bosch appliances and a Nespresso coffee machine. Seating for 4 is available at the Island Bench. There is a private outdoor balcony connected to the main living area with Outdoor dining and an electric blind to provide additional privacy. Access to the secure undercover parking is at the rear of the complex, once inside you have access to the lift to take you straight to your apartment level, making unpacking a breeze. Everything has been thought of, so all you have to do is relax.
